Centre for Skill Development Through Rubber, Chemical, Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC)

­­­RCPSDC is likely a council focused on the development of skills related to the rubber, chemical, and petrochemical industries. It likely works to improve the technical knowledge and expertise of individuals in these fields, as well as promote professional development and advancement opportunities.

RCPSDC is closely working with HiCET to help improve the quality of the employable skills of the students. RCPSDC develops a course curriculum, assess and certify trainees based on National Occupational Standards and promote industry participation in apprenticeship and placements.

Three of the faculty members are up-skilled and become certified trainee under the qualification pack of Lab Chemist (Rubber) confirming to NSQF (Level-5) and 40 students were registered and undergoing training with the curriculum offered by the RCPSDC.
